Natarsha’s first career was in investment banking and consulting. As a people and culture executive at Merrill Lynch, Natarsha was responsible for HR, L&D across Australasia, and acquisitions. As a business leader, Natarsha developed a plan then grew the business from zero to $1 billion in incremental order flow. As a consultant, she worked to deliver transformation initiatives.
Although challenging and exciting, Natarsha dreamed of a meaningful new path working to unlock the capability of leaders and teams. She retrained and transitioned into her second career as an executive coach in 2002. She has worked across industries and sectors, coaching emerging to C-level leaders and teams around the globe.
Natarsha brings a business mindset and human-centered approach to support the growth of leaders, their leadership skill set and business outcomes. Natarsha has an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies. She is accredited by the International Coach Federation and has delivered thousands of coaching hours. A life-long learner, she has many coach-specific accreditations and continues to study leadership, teams, human behavior and systems theory.
