Shalini has worked in leadership development and talent assessment for 15 years. She specializes in coaching corporate leaders and teams as they navigate through transitions, as well as facilitating programs to build leadership effectiveness. Her approach is to help clients leverage their strengths to reach their goals, while recognizing signals of progress.

In her professional career, Shalini has held multiple roles in a variety of international firms such as General Electric, India and adidas, HQ Germany. She has also worked with leaders in organizations such as Bosch and Cisco Systems. Her extensive work in these settings has given her a deep understanding of the nuances and challenges leaders face in global corporations. Having lived in different continents, Shalini embraces diversity and authenticity. Her clients often appreciate her candor, presence, and caring connection.

Shalini has a Bachelor’s in Engineering and a Post-Graduate degree in Human Resource Management. Other coaching credentials include Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from Co-Active Training Institute, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from ICF,  Systemic Coaching from ORSC, and Strengths Coaching with the TMBC model.
